Introducing Callan Byrne – a dedicated coach and therapist with a strong athletics background and a relentless passion for guiding people towards their fitness and rehabilitation milestones. As a former 100m and 200m sprinter, Callan leverages his deep understanding of athletic dynamics to create impactful strategies.
Callan boasts a robust academic portfolio, with a BSc (Hons) in Sports Rehabilitation and Athletic Therapy from IT Carlow and an MSc in Research from SETU. His qualifications laid the foundation for him becoming a Certified Athletic Therapist in 2019.
