    Book your free discovery call with one of our professionals. The purpose of this call is for us to learn if we are a good fit to help you by asking questions and answering yours. If we are the perfect fit to help, we’ll book an in-person consultation. If not, we will make a local referral to another trusted professional.

    Consultation
    During your free consultation, we will revisit goals, assess ranges of motion and begin crafting your custom plan to accomplish your health, fitness, and lifestyle goals.

    Asses
    During your first 2-4 weeks you will work 1 on 1 with a professional to create a functional diagnosis, list of success metrics, and your custom exercise prescription.

    Build
    During this phase, you will continue to work 1 on 1 with our professional team to gain confidence and competence in 4 key areas: Moving safely, effectively, and efficiently. Reading and understanding exercise programming. Improving lifestyle factors that directly impact goal achievement. Understanding our primary principles as well as the foundations of recovery, capacity & exercise
  • 05
    Rise
    Once you achieve freedom of movement and no longer need 1 on 1 sessions, you can join our small group (Rise) sessions. During these sessions, each client is performing their own custom program at a set session time with a maximum of 4 clients during that time. During these sessions, a professional is actively ensuring that everyone is receiving coaching, cueing, correcting, and feedback so you’re never left wondering “Am I doing this right?”
  • 06
    Freedom
    Once you’ve accomplished your first set of goals and learned how to be successful we believe you’ve achieved Freedom to choose your next adventure. This may look like a maintenance program or one designed to help you summit Mt. Everest. In this phase, you’ve gained the skillset to edit generalised programming for yourself and have reclaimed your physical freedom.
